If the link to your website can be found on a page with good content, chances are that people will trust that link. It's pointless to get a link from a website that people do not trust. Always remember, “Content is King”. Thereby, the content should be fresh, unique and relevant to what your website is about, and there should be no duplicate content. See who links to yourcompetitors, try to connect to the relevant ones and ask for a share. Make sure to craft an engaging email and why you think they’d like to share your content. Low-quality links can lead to a higher bounce rate and click-through rates, which can eventually degrade the ranking of your site on search engines. In business, regardless of the particular field, it has always been a good idea to look around and see what competitors are doing, then try to apply what’s working for them to one’s own website.
